I went here with my dad, who uses a wheelchair, and the accessibility could use some work. A few of the paths were awkward to navigate, and the signs weren’t super clear, so we kept having to stop and figure out where to go. The staff were nice and did try to help, which I appreciated, but moving around still felt harder than it should’ve been. Random side note, we did manage to find a decent spot to sit for a bit, and my dad was more interested in people-watching than anything else, but overall the visit was more stressful than expected.

I went last weekend and was happy that nearly all the main stuff was open, the rides, animals, and play areas. It made my life so much easier because the kids didn’t get bored once, which is a win for me. Nice, simple day out and I’d definitely go again

We went last weekend and, from what I could tell, the rides and attractions all looked clean and seemed to be running okay. The staff were checking things here and there, which made it feel a bit safer having the kids with us.

I booked tickets online for Wheelgate and, to be fair, it was quick and straightforward with no major problems. The only thing that got to me was the confirmation email taking longer than I expected. I know it’s probably not a big deal, but I always seem to be the one sat there wondering if something’s gone wrong.

We had a great time here. The kids seriously did not want to leave, like not even for snacks, not for the car, not for promises of ice cream, nothing. They were running around, climbing, playing, laughing, going back to the same areas over and over, and somehow still acting like they hadn’t had enough. It’s a really nice indoor play place, especially for days when it’s too hot, too cold, raining, or you just need them to burn off energy somewhere safe. We’ll definitely be coming back...

The kids seemed to have a really good time at the water park, so maybe I’m being a bit picky, but a few areas felt quite worn out and it was busy. The changing rooms could definitely have been cleaner too. We still had a decent afternoon overall, I just wasn’t totally convinced it was worth what we paid.

We took the kids to Wheelgate Park it was better than I was expecting for what we paid. There was plenty to keep them entertained for most of the day, so it definitely didn’t feel like a waste of money. The food was a bit on the pricey side, but that’s standard for places like this, and a few areas could do with a bit of a refresh. Overall though, I thought it was good value and we’d happily go back

We went to Wheelgate Park and sat at the picnic benches for lunch. When we first got there, there was plenty of room, so it felt easy, but then later on it got more crowded, which somehow made the whole area feel messier even though that’s not really the same thing.

The tables were okay to use, but a few looked like they could’ve done with a quick wipe. The bins were also quite full, and when you’re eating with kids it just makes you notice that sort of thing more. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel especially nice either.

I’m glad they have a picnic area because it’s handy to bring your own food, but I do think it could be kept a bit cleaner during busy times. Overall it was fine and we managed alright, though I’d probably pick a quieter spot next time if there is one.

A few of the rides didn’t feel super safe to me, and the staff didn’t really explain what was going on. I was kind of left wondering if everything had actually been checked properly??

We went to Wheelgate Park last weekend, and I’m a bit gutted we hadn’t tried it before now. There were loads of different rides for the kids, which made the day feel really easy and fun.

My younger one had plenty to go on, and there were still a few things my older kid wanted to do again, so we didn’t end up stuck repeating the same ride all day. A few of the rides had small queues, but nothing that felt like a hassle.

By the end, the kids were absolutely worn out, which is always a win. Really good mix overall, and if anything, I just regret not planning a longer visit. 5 stars from us.

We had my son’s birthday party here and the kids had a great time. The food was all taken care of, which made things really easy for us and meant we didn’t have to stress much on the day. That said, there were a couple of small issues we felt should’ve been acknowledged, and I was kind of expecting an apology or at least a quick follow-up afterward. Overall it was a fun day, but that would’ve made the experience feel a lot better.

We mainly went for the outdoor play areas and, to be fair, the kids did still have a decent run around and enjoyed themselves for a while. That said, I was a bit disappointed overall. Some parts looked quite worn and not especially clean, and a few things were closed off when we visited. For the price, I just expected the outdoor areas to be better looked after.

The info on the website matched exactly what I needed, and I didn’t run into any issues. i just regret not looking it up there first.

We went to Wheelgate Park last weekend and I’ve got to say, it was about as clean as I expected it to be after hearing decent things about the place. I probably noticed the good bits more because I already had it in my head that it would be well looked after, but the toilets were genuinely better than I thought they’d be for somewhere so busy. Most of the bins weren’t overflowing either, which always makes a difference. The eating area was tidy enough and staff seemed to be clearing tables regularly. The kids’ play areas looked cared for too. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because there was a bit of litter near one of the outdoor areas, but nothing that ruined the visit

From what I could tell, the toilets were clean and had toilet paper, which is the main thing I care about. I didn’t notice any bad smell either. I wasn’t there long enough to judge everything, but they seemed well looked after.

We barely had to wait for any rides, and the kids stayed happy the whole day. It made the whole experience so much easier and way more fun for everyone.

I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but the parking was a pain. The signs weren’t very clear, and we ended up walking what felt like ages from the car. The park itself was fine, so it’s not like the whole visit was bad, but the parking situation definitely annoyed us...

As someone who gets a bit awkward asking for help, I really appreciated how lovely the staff were. They sorted us out without any fuss at all, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. Cheers!

I went along for the Halloween activities and left wondering, am I missing something? The queues felt disorganized, and a lot of the setup seemed rushed or half-finished. The kids were excited at first but got bored quickly, which was a shame.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the park was actually simple to navigate. The layout felt clear, and I don’t think I ever really felt lost. The signs helped a lot, and getting from one area to another was easier than I thought it would be.
